I'm listening to his new one, Baptism, and the guys just fucking sucks. His lyrics are friggin' terrible, and his music is boring as hell. I am not impressed with it that he plays everything himself, since his drumming is one fucking beat for an entire song, and then a slight variation of that for the next song. Bass is all boring, and every song is made up of one fucking guitar riff. Why is this guy so damned loved and respected???
This just fucking sucks.
I am a fan of early Kravitz....but with each album he got boring and weak on the songs. The new one ya talking about is the worst in my opinion. Was disappointed with last two albums and this one just made me realize that he's no longer the musical genius I used to think he was...he's lost all the magic.

Eh, that explains why this one is so bad to me then, since I never liked anything the guys has ever done, and always thought his lyrics were terrible. I just find myself continually giving his stuff a chance for some reason. He is like Prince's retarded little brother. No offense meant to retarded people, sorry to compare you to Lenny.

I think he sucks Conkey Balls! Never been a fan. My wife loved that friggin ballad he came out with a few years back, and I was just like "are you kidding me?" he has just repeated one line for an entire 4 minute song over and over and over again, and here my wife is telling me she loves it, and everytime it would come on tv or the radio, she would leave it on there.

No,I don't think Lenny sucks.Lenny can get down with that guitar and as for lyrics,well,some are better than others and look at glam lyrics folks..not exactly Einstein inspired eh?? I think some of his latest efforts are not up to par with his earlier ones,but I know what this guy is capable of and he is talented. I see him going through some wierd experimentation thing but I also see him getting back to his roots and doing something great again. This guy is no Tarence(sp??)trent D'arby,he has looks and staying power to boot. I like Lenny,yeah I really do. Sorry Carl,but then again,I think we agree to disagree [img]wink.gif[/img]
